DIY Essential Oil Infused Stress Ball

Stress balls help distract the user from worries at hand, effectively reducing stress and strengthening the muscles in the hand as an added bonus. What’s more is that stress balls are easy to make, and with essential oils added, can be highly therapeutic and stress relieving. Here’s how to make your own-
What you need
Balloons
¼ cup Flour
Funnel
15 drops Quiet Time or Worry Less
How to
Yield: 1 stress ball
Combine 15 drops of Quiet Time or Worry Less with a ¼ cup of flour. Stick the funnel in the opening of the balloon, and pour the flour into the funnel. This may require more or less flour, so add or take away as needed. Tie the balloon, and squeeze stress goodbye!
