I rarely consume sugar and if I do, it’s coconut sugar. I use local honey and stevia as a sugar substitute in teas and coffee. Sugar is the major thing that feeds cancer cells and should NOT be consumed at all.

I am not sure anyone can help me from this site. I am 25 yr. recovering addict to many addictive behaviors. The last hurrah as I see it is this sugar thing. My sugar numbers are rising and I am still doing the craving thing on and off. I know it is crucial that I focus on making the shift away from sugar to complete my overall health recovery from all the years of bad behaviors with food and other substances. I am 73 and use kinesiology for clearing trauma and other weaknesses. Works for me and I believe oils have helped me. I make roll-ons and inhalers I keep handy for regular use. Not sure how to combine the suggested oils to either diffuse, inhale, or roll-on to get the best effect. I test well for all three suggested and the worry less combo. I also test well to use geranium for this sugar detox effort. I have many Edens Garden oils and love them. Maybe I could get some tips or suggestions for my plan of using these oils to improve my balance and get the unnecessary weight down.

Hi Cheri! Try combining 5 drops each of Peppermint and Grapefruit in the diffuser to curb cravings. If sugar detoxing is making you anxious, use Worry Less in the diffuser.
