How to Layer Aroma

For the first time since our inception, we at EG are now offering products that go beyond essential oils and synergy blends. With the heart of Edens Garden being the pure oils that got us started, each of our products can still be used together to create a cohesive and complex layering of aromas. All it takes is a dash of creativity, a sprinkling of intuition and just a bit of confidence to layer aromas like a pro.

Be Inspired

To inspire aroma layering, try creating your own blends or diffuse oils together in the Ultrasonic Diffuser. You may find that a drop of Sweet Orange and Rose is the combination you’ve been missing, or that Yuzu and Jasmine is your new signature scent. Start with a drop of this and a drop of that, and let your creativity flow. Finding the combo of your dreams may inspire you to combining other products together, which brings us to our next point.

Take Care Of Yourself

Taking time for yourself is highly encouraged here at Edens Garden, which is why created the natural soap and bath salt collection. These products are the beginning of layering aromas on yourself. An easy route to take would be combining like with like, or Fighting Five bar soap with Fighting Five bath salt Using Eucalyptus Cardamom bath salt with Peppermint bar soap is also a very compatible combo. If you’re feeling adventurous you may want to reach for the Earth & Wood bar after soaking in Grapefruit Pink Pepper bath salt.

Moisturize In Luxurious Aroma

There is a saying in the perfume industry, "when the skin is dry, the aroma will fly.” Moisturizing is thus essential if you have naturally dry skin. After the bath or shower, it’s all about the body oil. You can elevate the aroma that gently lingers from the bar soap and bath salt by applying the same body oil, for example following Yuzu Cannabliss bath salt with Yuzu Cannabliss body oil, and so on. If you’re in need of some layering inspo, try pairing the invigorating aromas of Eucalyptus Cardamom bath salt with soft, crisp Cedarwood Spruce body oil or the sweetness of the Lemongrass bar soap with floral Rose Bergamot body oil.

Final Touches

Lastly, spritz on a natural perfume for aroma that lasts throughout the day and brings together the aromas from the bar soap, bath salt and body oil.
