How To Use Our Bath Salts In A Magical Foot Bath

Working long hours standing in the workplace, or even at home watching kids can do a number on your feet. Not giving your feet a break can lead to pain, swelling and issues such as plantar fasciitis. Luckily, the therapeutic properties of our new Bath Salts can help you soothe those achy arches and cramped toes.

Each Bath Salt helps to comfort soreness, pain and swelling, making them a go-to after a day on your feet. Here’s how to have a magical foot bath using EG’s Bath Salts.

Get Ready to Relax

Soaking your feet can be as easy as adding a Bath Salt to a basin of warm water and sticking your feet in, but how can you get the most out of your foot soak? Take a foot bath, basin, or old pot and fill it with warm water. Add 2-4 oz of the Bath Salt of your choosing (we suggest Ache). Take another 2 oz of Bath Salt and combine it with 1 oz of carrier oil. Wet your feet, then use this mixture to exfoliate the bottoms and tops of your feet. When finished dip your feet in the basin, sit back and relax for 10-20 minutes and dry your feet thoroughly using a clean, dry towel. Use a body oil to moisturize your feet afterward.

To add even more relaxation to your rejuvenating foot soak, dim the lights, light some candles, turn on some quiet spa music and diffuse Be Still or Worry Less. Enjoy healthy, relaxed feet!
