Unsure about which oils to pick? Let’s start by introducing you to each of our fabulous new oils.

7 New Single Essential Oils

1. Arborvitae (Thuja plicata)

If you like the aroma of lumberyards and wood shavings, Arborvitae is just the thing for you. Its woodsy and tenacious aroma offers a cleansing and purifying effect when diffused. The bold nature of Arborvitae can also promote confidence.

2. Balm Mint Bush (Prostanthera melissifolia)

Minty, herbal and camphorous with hints of medicinal, Eucalyptus-like notes is refreshing and energizing. By adding Balm Mint Bush to the diffuser you can boost cognitive function, making tackling tasks easier and while also supporting the respiratory system.

3. Eucalyptus - Blue (Eucalyptus bicostata)

Like walking into a spa, Blue Eucalyptus transcends blissful relaxation. Perhaps its most well-known and prominent benefit, Blue Eucalyptus is a highly effective respiratory support that can clear congestion, open airways and aid a cough.

4. Gurjun Balsam (Dipterocarpus turbinatus)

Highly calming and delightful, Gurjun Balsam is soft, sweet, earthy and resinous with terpenic nuances. What’s more, Gurjun Balsam can reduce inflammation related to arthritis and injury, as well as support the respiratory system.

5. Linaloe Wood (Bursera delpechiana)

The sweet and cheerful aroma of Linaloe Wood is characterized by its fun, floral, fruity body and buoyancy. Traditionally, Linaloe Wood is used to improve respiratory conditions, lower stress levels, promote sensuality and improve the skin’s appearance in a variety of ways.

6. Ocotea (Ocotea quixos)

Take a journey to South America and discover the spicy, earthy, cinnamon-like aroma of Ocotea. Ocotea has been used by native tribes in the Amazon to reduce inflammation, heal skin conditions and wounds, as well as for its soothing, deodorizing aroma.

7. Tobacco - Absolute (Nicotiana tabacum)

Experience Tobacco the way nature intended–soothing, holistic and unadulterated. Tobacco Absolute is supremely relaxing and can promote deep meditation and focus. Its aroma and lack of nicotine makes it a healthy alternative for those trying to kick bad habits.

Hi Heidi! All new oils, except for Blue Eucalyptus and Ocotea, can be used by children 2+. In regards to whether they’re pet safe, we do not have animal aromatherapists on staff and therefore can’t answer this question with assurance. Please contact our aromatherapist for resources on pet safety and aromatherapy: aaa@edensgarden.com
