Choose from nine different Bath Salts to soften the skin, soothe aching muscles, promote better sleep, remove toxins, and energize the mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you’re a bath person or a shower person, you can still experience the same therapeutic benefits of Bath Salts - all you need is water! Have no fear, our Bath Salt collection effortlessly intertwines the restorative properties of Epsom and sea salts with the therapeutic benefits of 100% pure essential oils without having to draw yourself a bath. Here are some creative ways to ensure shower lovers can still enjoy our rich, therapeutic Bath Salts without a tub - you’ll just have to use them a little differently!

How to Use Bath Salts in the Shower

  1. A sprinkle here, a sprinkle there: Add a few sprinkles of your favorite Bath Salt to the bottom of your shower. The aroma of the essential oils will rise with the steam and diffuse throughout your shower, allowing you to inhale and benefit from the essential oils. Try Eucalyptus Cardamom Bath Salt to clear and calm your airways, while leaving a minty and refreshing aroma in your shower. The natural constituents of Eucalyptus essential oil actively work to help decongest the respiratory system while easing muscle tension.

  2. Scrub-a-dub-dub: Combine 2 tbsps of Bath Salt with 1 tbsp of your carrier oil of choice. Take the mixture and scrub your skin, paying special attention to rough, dry patches. This will create a natural, nourishing exfoliation that will leave you with glowing skin. Try our Lavender Magnolia Bath Salt and immerse yourself in relaxation as you gently unwind, while the salt soothes and hydrates your skin.

  3. Season with salt: Take some of the Bath Salt, and apply it to wet skin. Let it sit and absorb onto your skin to reap the skin nourishing benefits of Bath Salts. Rinse off after 5 minutes. Try Yuzu Cannabliss Bath Salt to release muscle tension, aches and soreness. Its anti-inflammatory properties can help take pressure off the joints and ease strains.

  4. Soap, salt, suds: Wet your Natural Bar Soap, and sprinkle on some Bath Salt. Press the salt into your bar soap and let dry. Next time you shower, use the bar soap to exfoliate and cleanse. Try Grapefruit Pink Pepper Bath Salt to detoxify your body and mind. The natural compounds of Grapefruit and Pink Pepper essential oils help support the lymphatic system and reduce inflammation.

I loved this article!
I haven’t had a tub deep enough to enjoy a bath since I was a kid. I haven’t heard of these tips before except for the body scrub. Looking forward to trying out these other tips.
