Grounding Abhyanga Massage
4oz PET flip-top bottle
120ml Sesame Oil
18 drops Patchouli Essential oil
18 drops Vetiver Essential oil
In Ayurveda, Abhyanga is a self-massage using warm oil, most often Sesame Oil, to help positively promote your wellness. Add the essential oils and the Sesame Oil to the PET bottle and seal it. Turn the bottle back and forth gently to mix well. Before beginning Abhyanga, warm the massage oil gently in a warm water bath. Once the oil is warmed, dispense a small amount of oil in your hands, rub them together, and then begin your massage at your scalp before moving on to your face and neck and then down the rest of your body.
