At Edens Garden, we offer multiple blends targeted at the same issue because we understand that synergy blends aren’t one size fits all. Everyone’s chemistry is different, and just as with medication, what works for one may be ineffective to another. Between differences in aroma preference and how well a blend may work for an individual, we feel it’s important to offer options so that everyone can find their perfect blend. Breathe Easier
Ingredients: Lemon, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Rosemary
If you enjoy the aroma of OTC vapor rubs, Breathe Easier is for you. This four-ingredient miracle blend has been a staple for Edens Garden fans for years. Breathe In, Breathe Out
Ingredients: Silver Fir, Lavender, Lemon, Frankincense, Sweet Marjoram, Lime, Roman Chamomile, Vetiver, Damiana, Ginger, Spearmint, Vanilla CO2
Formulated to allow optimal inhales and exhales, Breathe In, Breathe Out is immensely effective, yet gentle enough to be used on kids 2+. I have respiratory issues after having COVID and now having long COVID for the last six months. I am a cough, congestion, shortness of breath, and general respiratory issues that go along with it plus allergies on top of it. I am going to get Exhale, Deep Breath, and Breathe Easier. Which of these would you recommend for a diffuser and which would be best as a roll-on? Thanks!

Hi Carla! Unfortunately, we cannot give the ratios to the oils in our blends as our formulas are proprietary. If you’re using the essential oils for respiratory health, we suggest using your blend in an inhaler.

I have the oils to make my own breathe easier. If I wanted to do my own blend, what concentration should I do. Also, is it better to make an inhaler or a roller? Thanks.

Hi Mary! You can use any carrier oil. Our 10 ml Exhale roll-on is prediluted to 5% which equals to 10 drops of Exhale in 10 ml of carrier oil.

Hi Amber! For respiratory issues, it’s typically better to diffuse for most cases, therefore the choice becomes yours on whether you want the oil in a blend or roll-on. Note, we also recommend checking with your doctor before using essential oils if you have a health concern. We hope this helps!
